We can accept all major cards, including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, Visa Electron/Delta and Maestro debit cards.
Card payments are securely processed via Paypal. Note you do not need to register with Paypal! When you checkout your puchase, you'll be directed to Paypal's secure site to enter your card details. We never receive your card information, so you do not need to worry about card fraud or identity theft.
We also accept payment by direct bank transfer to our UK bank account with HSBC. With this method, after you place your order, we'll provide our bank details, which you'll need to make a note of. You can then make payment using your own bank's internet banking facility, or in person at your local branch. Note that with this method, we will not send your order until we have received your payment, which may take a few working days.

Customs Duty and VAT
There is no customs duty for EU, including UK, customers. This is because, although Turkey is not a full EU member, it is part of the EU customs area.
For customers outside the EU, in most cases no customs duty is payable, because your order value will likely be below the minimum threshold. For example, the USA has a threshold of US$200; orders below this are duty free.
To date, none of our customers have been charged for VAT. If you experience a problem, please let us know and we will make appropriate arrangements.
