Dye Batches

All our coloured yarns are dyed by hand in small batches, typically 1-2kg at a time. Due to the nature of the hand-dying process, variations in colour are normal between batches. For this reason, please be sure to order enough yarn to complete your item. We will always send you yarn from a single batch unless you agree otherwise. 

If you're planning to make more than one item - for example, two jumpers - you might want to explain in your order notes, so that if necessary we can send you e.g. two batches of 400g each.
If we cannot fulfil your order from a single batch, for example in a larger order, we will contact you to explain what is available from our stock; or wait while we dye a single batch for you; or offer a full refund.
